Before you begin the analysis, the final step is to check the integrity of the model that you have created. Using the 'Tools' menu, you can set the project options (although it is usually best to use the defaults), check for duplicated nodes (two nodes at the same position) and remove 'free' nodes (nodes that are not attached to the main structure).
